Kitchn

Written in a rebellion against conservatory-fueled perfectionism, a gritty collection of songs traveled with front man Jeremy Gill from Memphis to Nashville, worked its way into the fingers of some of the city's great players, was recorded in John Prine's studio, mastered on Music Row and packaged by a top shelf art director. It may have taken a decade to realize, but a sloppy garage project it is not.
